Most of the children under BLCDF’s care have been discarded, abused, unwanted, or orphaned, although some of the children have simply come out of a situation where a parent just needed help. The Foundation’s Fund seeks to support as many of these children as possible and has four Projects which Supporters can choose to donate to. 10% of the Donations to the Foundation are sown in LOVE to provide extra care and support for the older vulnerable widows of Katunda Village, who are not able to move around easily and have become dependent on others for their physical care.

Education Scholarship Program
There are 3 school terms in the Ugandan academic year. The yearly Scholarship cost for each child for school fees is $350AU (uniform, tuition, medical care, and daily meal).
