Will you help us welcome the children to the Foundation’s school in early 2023?
We are officially halfway through the year! Time flies quickly. It’s time to say goodbye to July and welcome August. A new month, a new beginning is here and it’s always good to let you KNOW of our progress! God is so good, and will always be good.
This coming February, the BLCDF foundation will be opening our brand new Agape Star Christian Primary School campus to 250+ children in Buikwe, Uganda which is the community where Barnabas Legacy has been building relationships for more than five years. The plans for the School have been in place for a year now, the breaking of the ground/building foundation was on 6th of June 2022 and the construction is in operation for almost 7 weeks now.
It has always been the plan to open a Primary School so the children of our Foundation can experience intentional discipleship and receive the highest level of education from 1st grade all the way through graduation. In the next 3 years, there will be more than 600 students attending this school, and all will be from within the community! Given our commitment to our philosophy and the desire to continue the level of excellence, this will be so instrumental in the transformation of the students and the community.
We’re asking for your help with some critical items which are either not available in Uganda or extremely difficult to get in quantity. Would you consider purchasing an item, or clearing for anything as GOD leads you? We still have a way to go with fixing windows, and doors, plastering, painting, and equipping the school.
